Everyday People Contributor: Angie
Angie is one of the world's best managers of time.
I've asked her how she does it. She doesn't have a magic answer. Darn it.
I have a feeling that she is so good at managing her time because she stays on task. She focuses. She tells people what they can expect from her and she does not get wishy-washy with conversations. I appreciate her black and white approach.
If you want to talk about fun things, she does that too. She has knack for finding the best scarves ever!
She is also a very honest person. Don't ever ask her to betray this.
introverts are part of the team
She has taught me so much about the value of having an introvert on a team. She also taught me the value of listening.
You never know what you will learn from a person, and you should give them the chance to speak up.
