What began as my vision to share stories and to connect with others has turned into a collection of stories from inspiring people who are working to add authenticity to their lives. 

 

The collection of stories can be found on the blog, but you can find other tidbits such as family projects, an everyday people collection, and a blog topic collection of #messyperfectlife.

 

And this site and community is still growing. That is one of the most exciting parts of this blog experience.

I am a professional, mother, wife and friend (not in any particular order). This site is my voice and I enjoy sharing the trials and tribulations of parenting, work, and life with you. It's not easy to put yourself out there for all to read and see. 

 

I have had a lot of "insert foot" moments when I blurt out thoughts, opinions and ideas and one day I decided to embrace the good this can bring to my life. I have experienced some great rewards because I have been willing to share with others. 

 

I believe that you have to invest in yourself, and you have to do something to contribute to our world.

 

We're all in this together, right? We can all make a difference, right? 

 

That's my hope.
